This was one of two sculptures done in the same style. The rusted appearance gave it a much more, I don't know,  "Lived" look?

Rust and steel and origami

These two have been through a lot. 

They've been stomped on, twisted, bent to others whims and yet they're still standing

I like this one but it's not my favourite. 

For mine, it's a bit too simple.

Metal children dancing in the sun

The rusty red does really work with the animal statues. Reflects a bit of that idea of the country being deep time old.

Alert and at rest

If there was going to be a favourite then this one would be it I think.

It's almost a photograph itself, a snapshot of two people just being at the pool.

A day at the pool

This one is playful. I'm not quite sure WHAT it is the bird is pulling from the Kangaroos side, but I'm going to go with a hair of some kind.

This work consists of two piece. Both of them consist of a hollow rectangular base that has the appearance of being stepped on and twister. Out of the top of these containers a wire loops high over the work and then back down again.
